To ATC METAL quality is everything. We carry out a strict and effective quality management system conforming to ISO 9001. All incoming materials are immediately inspected and the nonconforming ones are rejected.In-process checking is carried out including first off checking, roving inspection, last off checking and bucket traveler check. Material in the shop is placed in clearly identified areas. 5S is carried out. Finished parts are inspected as per inspection instructions. And we conduct dock audit before dispatching.
